This Privacy Policy describes how ZSell Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when subscribing to The zSeller's Edge newsletter.

We use Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES) to deliver emails, and Listmonk (self-hosted) to manage our subscriber list. Your email address is stored on our own infrastructure. AWS SES processes outgoing email in transit and is subject to Amazon's Privacy Policy.
Our emails may include a tracking pixel that records when an email is opened and tracks clicks on links. This helps us understand which content is most useful. You can disable this by turning off image loading in your email client.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from our active mailing list. We may retain your address on a suppression list to ensure you are not contacted again.
We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required to honor your opt-out.
